3. Regular Agenda:

(a) Resolution approving the FOF QOZB One, LLC., application to the Alabama Tourism Advisory Board and/or the Alabama Tourism Department seeking benefits pursuant to the Sweet Home Alabama Tourism Investment Act and committing to the rebate of 20% of the noneducational portion of the City’s sales and use and lodging taxes generated by the proposed Reverb Hotel.

(b) Resolution approving the Florence Industrial Development Board’s (a) abatement of the noneducational Ad Valorem Taxes imposed on the proposed Reverb Hotel by the City for a period of 20 years, and (b) abatement of the construction related transaction taxes imposed on the developer of the Reverb Hotel by the City.
