- Regular Business:
(a) Ordinance to levy a 10 cent per ml. tax on consumable vaping products, sponsored by Bill Musgrove. - General Business:
(a) Resolution canvassing the run-off election results for the City of Florence, City Council and Board of Education elections held on September 23, 2025; issuing certificates of election as follows:- That Thomas Spence received a majority of the votes cast for the office of Councilmember – District 5, and is hereby declared duly elected to that office for the term beginning on the first Monday in November, 2025.
- That Robin Thompson received the majority of the votes cast for the office of School Board – District 4, and is herby declared duly elected to that office for the term beginning on the first Monday in November, 2025.
- Motion to adjourn.
