The City of Florence requires a permit for all yard sales conducted in the city limits of Florence. The permit fee is $5 each day.
There is a limit of 2 garage sales at a premise during any calendar year and each sale may not exceed more than 3 consecutive calendar days in length.
Yard Sale Permits are available at the Municipal Building, City Clerk's Office, 110 W. College Street.
