Room Details:
Capacity: Up to 100 individuals
Rate: $20 per hour (2 hours minimum on Saturdays; 3-hour minimum on Sundays)
Rental Hours:
Saturdays: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Sundays: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
(Rental time must include decoration before the event and full cleanup after the event.)
Weekday Rentals: Available around regular scheduled programs; call to check availability.
Reservation Process:
Check Availability: Call the recreation center to check rental availability.
Complete Contract: To secure your reservation, fill out our Recreation Center Rental Agreement, outlining usage and rental rules. Click the button for the Rental Agreement.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
Submit Contract: Email the completed Rental Agreement to the rental location you are interested in reserving:
Identification: Attach a picture of your valid Driver’s License with your current address and provide 2 valid phone numbers for emergencies.
Reservation Confirmation: Once we receive your completed, payment, and necessary documentation, your reservation will be confirmed. You can make your payment by calling the recreation center or you may stop by the recreation center and make the full payment.
Important Notes:
- Reservation requires a complete contract and payment.
- No refunds for cancellations. You may reschedule for up to one year.
- You may also stop by the recreation center and complete the rental process at the location.
