The Tombigbee Public Cashless Parking Deck will begin full operations on Monday, January 6, 2025. This six-level facility is located at the corner of Pine and Tombigbee Streets and provides convenient parking with 273 automobile and 23 motorcycle spaces. The cashless deck operates, allowing easy payment by card at the exit.
Key Features:
- Rates: $0.50/hour, with a daily maximum of $4
- Safety: Equipped with security cameras, on-site attendants (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), and 24-hour assistance.

Tombigbee Parking Deck Guidelines
General Rules for Cardholders:
- Keep Your Access Card Secure: Any lost card will require a replacement fee.
- Display Your Hang Tag: Always ensure your hang tag is visible. This helps us contact you promptly if there’s an issue with your vehicle.
- Use Your Card Properly:
- Use your card to both enter and exit the garage.
- The system requires an exit before re-entry to prevent repeated unauthorized use.
- Access Both Entrances/Exits: You may use either street entrance or exit, regardless of where you originally entered.
- Seek Assistance When Needed:
- For any issues, contact the parking attendants, or use the intercom feature on the kiosk at the entrances or exits. (The intercom connects directly to the office or after-hours support)
Additional Information:
- Ticket System Use:
- After pulling a ticket to enter, keep it for exiting, even during free parking days or hours.
- A lost ticket will result in a $4.00 exit fee regardless of the day or time.
