Speak At Council
Appearance of citizens:
Any citizen, group or organization of the municipality may speak at a regular meeting on a matter pertaining to municipal services and operation. Citizens desiring to speak at a Work Session must notify the City Council’s Office in order to be placed on the agenda. The request must state the subject and purpose for speaking. The deadline for agenda item requests for a regularly scheduled Tuesday meeting is 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday five (5) days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.
Citizens wishing to speak on items already on the agenda:
Each person may speak at the time designated by the agenda and is limited to a five (5) minute presentation.
